You can manually write the phone number you want to block. Go to Settings ⚙️ in the Rogervoice app, then Advanced which is on the top right of the screen, and click on Blocked Numbers.

You can also block the number from the Recents call history by long pressing on the number you want to block, a new window will appear where you will have several actions: click on Block the number.
