Bluetooth allows you to connect a device directly to your earbuds or your hearing aids/implants (check with your audiologist to see if your hearing aids have this feature).
Go to your phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, and connect your accessory (refer to your device's instruction manual; most recommend installing the hearing aid brand's app).
Once your hearing aids are connected to the phone, during a call, you can tap the speaker icon to switch to Bluetooth, where you can also adjust the volume.
