🔊 When you call a customer service, you might be in relation with an automated call centers. It will ask you to type numbers on the keyboard for a specific task for instance. 

🔢 To do that, click on the bubble #123 located at the bottom, where the number keypad will appear, you can then click on the required number or symbol.
